I’m receiving an error when reloading a save ‘Unexpected mark stack overflow’. The scenario was 2016 official with candidates at under 5% set to undecided. I’m about 8 days from the South Carolina Primary.
I can send over the save file if needed.
Sure, compress the save file and send it to https://270soft.com/contact
Hey Anthony – one thing that I found is that when playing in 2016 and attempting to play as any what if candidates in both the republican and democratic primary, it does not allow you to play.
1. There is bug in the primaries 2012, as you know Gingrich leads in most state-wide polls, even if Romney wins Iowa, Romney withdraws, as well as everyone else. Leaving Gingrich alone.
2. There a problem with a customized scenario I created. When I tried to access one of the candidates in the edit, it crashes.
1. Thanks – noted.
2. Send me the campaign with a specific description of how to create the crash, and I can look at it. E-mail at https://270soft.com/contact
Can you tell me specifically what you are attempting to play as, including any other non-default options, and I can attempt to replicate it.
The private polls take CP when you conduct more than your Polling rating but they never seem to generate any private poll results. Assuming this is a bug?
I’ll look into it – thanks for this.
First off, I just want to say that I love the game. One of, if not the best election simulation game out there. I just got back into playing it again recently and have noticed there is a glitch where the platform menu seems to just not work at all. What I mean is that all of the images are blank white boxes and there is not text description for the issues at all. Is there something that I am doing that’s wrong? Or could it be a shared glitch with the new version. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
P.S. Just tried to see if I could go into the editor and see if there was a problem and didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary. Except that when I changed nothing to the campaign (FL 2018) except saving it as my own version everything works properly now.
Hi Anthony just curious, if you have any idea when the editor will be expanded more to include region editing? Along those lines, I was curious if I edit a campaign in 3.1.1 will it transfer over into President Infinity 20201.8e?
@Berg2036, Yes, expanding Editor is top priority for Infinity games.
If you edit with the 3.1.1 Editor, you should be able to then import it into PI 20. I recommend backing up campaigns regularly, but specifically if about to import.
OK, that’s interesting. Let me know if you encounter this problem again.
I vaguely remember there being some tutorial videos, where would those be found?
