The button to take up interview offers doesn’t work in my new 2020 campaign. Not sure if it’s a bug on my end or the new update did that, previous versions worked. If there are no interview offers available it does give you a pop up of “No interview offers!
It seems like whatever wasn’t working on my Mac in 1.7 has been fixed! Cheers!
@Chris,
This bug has been fixed (interview offers and surrogates on Spin Screen). An update will released soon.
It appears some of the custom scenarios fail to load correctly displaying a blank white map and undefined labels. Sometimes this will be for primaries starts or general elections.
The explore candidacy and declare candidacy appears to work.
Everything is great Anthony. One thing:
When you create an Ad, it bounces back to the Ad screen, but when you run an Ad, it bounces back to the main screen with the map, so it takes a lot of time running ads, because you have to open the ad screen, ran the ad you want, and open again the ad screen and so on. Correct this please.
@Daons,
Can you give specific campaigns that fail to start correctly, and exactly what the starting options you use are?
Some of my personal custom scenarios are broken. A blank Mayo will appear with indefined labels. Please help.
One that I noticed an issue with is;
https://campaigns.270soft.com/2018/03/20/2008-london-mayor-pi/
Started in the primaries as the Electoral Commission
Others I had issues with appear to be fixed with the 1.8b version.
Thanks for the update work.
@Andres,
If you have a link to one or more of these campaigns, I can see if I can replicate the problem.
@Daons,
Thanks for this – I’ve recreated a bug with those start options.
@Daons,
OK, this was a bug affecting campaigns where there was a party starting in the primaries with a leader selection process of ‘none’ (ex., Bloomberg, or in the campaign you linked to, Left List).
This bug is probably the cause for some of the other reported problems.
@Daons,
Campaign linked now starts properly and proceeds to next turn no problem, in latest internal.
@Anthony_270
Thanks for the update and fix
