Here is a sneak-peek of the next release with simulation mode, if you want to see it before everyone else does, which features accurate general election polling data for each start date. You can download it here.
Note: Windows only at this point. Requires you already have the game installed.

Does this include the new GE Polling per candidate?
Kinda meh about the polling per candidate,under the regions tab I was expecting to have an option to input the percentage per state for each canidate and head to head polls
Polls for individual candidates can be inputted on the Editor > Polls screen.
But couldnt we do that before? and polls dont effect the actual results
No, you couldn’t do that before for a general election start. Sep. 1st and Aug. 1st starts now use accurate polling data if using Trump vs. Clinton. Polls affect the starting %s.
(You could enter data for a general election start, but it wouldn’t do anything.)
please add support for extending the window in simulation mode when there are too much runners
The GE polling type in is Very buggy
@Jonathan,
Can you say more?
With the new general election polling thing (I know you can disable polls via the editor), the regions seem to swing too much in the General election (i.e. New Jersey goes Republican, and Texas goes Democrat).
The updates still looks pretty good so far! 🙂
1972 general dont work stop in 6 days to election
@EAY,
No change to the game engine mechanics, just tighter polling numbers.
@VIctor,
What options are you playing as in 1972? Are you able to generate this consistently?
